Melissa Cunningham is an IFPA Pro. She also won an NGA Pro Card on May 2nd 2009. And then on May 16th 2009 went out to the IFPA Liberty Bowl and showed the veterens that they will be needing to train a little harder for years to come. F1 "Fighters First" is a new gym at 5027 4th Avenue Moline Illinois. The gym will have trainers throughout the week teaching different things such as: Boxing, Judo, Jui Jitsu, Wrestling, Womens Self Defense, Tumbling, Trampoline, Cardio, MMA fighting, personal training, and there are also weights for weight training. This is a wonderful gym for any and all to come learn and add to your skills.
